We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Service. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments and manage your subscription; send transactional emails such as password resets and billing confirmations; respond to your support requests; and analyze usage patterns to improve features. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Service is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect certain functionality of the Service.
AlphaMetric uses the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Financial Modeling Prep (financial data), Anthropic (AI report generation), Resend (transactional email), and Google (authentication via OAuth — name and email only). Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Service, as described above. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AlphaMetric or its users.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@alphametric.co. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@alphametric.co.
AlphaMetric is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

AlphaMetric uses Google OAuth solely for authentication. The following describes how we handle Google user data: Data Accessed: When you sign in with Google, AlphaMetric accesses your Google account name and email address only. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google services. Data Usage: Your name and email are used exclusively to create and identify your AlphaMetric account and for transactional communications. We do not use Google user data for advertising, analytics, or AI/ML model training. Data Sharing: We do not sell or share your Google user data with third parties. Your name and email may be processed by Supabase (database) and Resend (transactional email) solely to deliver the service. Data Storage and Protection: Stored securely in Supabase with SOC 2 Type II compliance. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS 1.2 or higher. Data Retention and Deletion: Retained while your account is active. Request deletion at any time by contacting support@alphametric.co. Requests processed within 30 days.
