By accessing or using AlphaMetric ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. AlphaMetric is accessible at alphametric.co.
AlphaMetric provides financial data, analysis tools, AI-generated reports, and investment research features for informational and educational purposes. The Service is available on a free and paid subscription basis. Features and data access vary by plan.
All content on AlphaMetric — including financial data, AI reports, analyst estimates, DCF models, price targets, and any other analysis — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. AlphaMetric is not responsible for any investment decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AlphaMetric offers free and paid (Pro) subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (d) use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage; (e) share your account credentials with others. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
All content, features, and functionality of AlphaMetric — including text, graphics, logos, AI-generated reports, and software — are the exclusive property of AlphaMetric and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
AlphaMetric sources financial data from third-party providers. While we strive to display accurate and timely information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. We are not liable for errors or omissions in third-party data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaMetric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or via email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
