How do I start my free trial?

Click "Start Free Trial" from the homepage. No credit card is required. You get full Pro access for 14 days automatically.

How do I connect my brokerage account?

Go to My Portfolio and click "Link Brokerage". We use SnapTrade to connect securely — it's read-only access, so we can never trade on your behalf.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is the financial data real-time?

Quote data is near real-time (15-minute delay). Financial statements, ratios, and historical data are updated daily via Financial Modeling Prep.

How accurate is the AI analysis?

AI reports are generated by Claude (Anthropic) and are for informational purposes only. They are not investment advice. Always do your own research before making financial decisions.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — we offer a 7-day refund on Pro subscriptions. Email us at support@alphametric.co within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund you in full.

What brokerages are supported?

Through SnapTrade, we support 100+ brokerages including Robinhood, Fidelity, Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Webull, E*TRADE, Interactive Brokers, Alpaca, Questrade, and Merrill Edge.
